"Matt and his team have been very helpful with our renewal. Prices are going up all across the board, but our local State Farm office is still offering coverage for our area. Kudos to Debbie for picking up on some details, that had not been noticed. Yes, the premium is going up both because of increases the replacement costs, and an additional price adjustment, but what a blessing to not have to shop for another insurer."

"I was told I needed to make the first payment, so that would help speed up the process of getting approved. Well about ten days later I was told that I would need to cut back my trees and that I would have to remove the wood slats from my back deck because they were made of wood, and no wood can be attached to the home. But the deck is wood, and that's ok?? So I told Eric , to forget it. Now today I am told that the $122.50 I gave him will be reduced to $83.79 because I was covered for 12 days. So I say don't send money until you are approved. A lesson learned."

"Met with Eric on November 8th to sign up for home, auto, UTV, boat, and umbrella policies, over $6K in premiums. Paid for all policies up front. Was told that a outdoor picture survey would need to be done on my home in order to complete the home policy. Left for Thanksgiving holiday on Saturday Nov. 23rd for a trip to Utah. While we were traveling in Northern AZ on the way to UT with no cell phone coverage, we recevied a voice mail message on the 23rd from the survey person wanting to schedule the visit to our home. I texted her back saying we would get home on the following weekend. When we got home we saw that a cancellation check was issued by State Farm on Nov.22nd and also had a letter that the home owners policy was set to terminate on Dec. 12th. They generated the cancellation check THE DAY BEFORE the survey gal had tried to call us for the first time to schedule the visit so I was livid. When I went to the agents office, I did not get any satisfactory explanations why they cancelled the policy and issued a cancellation check on the 22nd, A DAY before the survey gal even tried to call for the first time to schedule it. And I was told I would have to pay again for the policy in order to get back in line to schedule the survey. I then refused and asked to speak with Matt to see if I could get some better service from him. I was then told that I wouldn't have to pay for the policy again but would have to wait again for the survey person to call and schedule the appoinment. On Dec. 12th, I called to see if they could provide any new information since my policy was lapsing. I made several calls to speak with either Matt or Eric and each time I was told by the office gals that they would call me back.AND NEITHER OF THEM CALLED BACK, so I started sending emails to see if I could get replies on my questions. Finally on Dec. 20th, the survey person finally showed up. So now I wait again with the holidays coming up for the survey to be processed and holiday travel plans coming up with no answers as to when they will get my policy reinstated. I paid up front in good faith on November 8th and 6 weeks later still no policy and these two have not been able to do anything meaningful to get this rectified. I now question given the XMAS and New Year's holidays if I will have a policy before January and can't believe that this office has no power to work on my behalf to get this done. Would highly recommend you don't pay up front and set very low expectations for customer service from this office."
